Lagos, Nigeria: December 11, 2024 – Polaris Bank has achieved a significant milestone, emerging as the Sectoral Winner in the Banking and Other Financial Institutions category at the 2024 NECA Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards.
The bank was honored for its innovative Human Resources practices during the 4th edition of the awards, which took place at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Ikeja. This recognition is especially important as it marks the first award Polaris Bank has received for excellence in Human Resources Management, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a people-centered workplace culture.
The NECA Annual Employers’ Excellence Awards celebrate organizations excelling in leadership, people management, sound HR systems, corporate governance, technological innovation, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices, and more, including the fight against child labor.
